Refund & Cancellation Policy – Algo Sphare

At Algo Sphare, we value our clients and aim to deliver high-quality digital solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which you may request a refund or cancel a service. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

  • All payments made to Algo Sphare for services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
  • Due to the nature of our work (custom design, development, and digital services), resources are allocated immediately upon project confirmation. Therefore, refunds are only considered in exceptional cases.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued if:

  • The project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated.
  • You have made a duplicate payment due to a technical error.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen internal issues.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The client changes their mind after the project has started.
  • Delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, materials, or approvals on time.
  • The project is completed as per the agreed scope.
  • Dissatisfaction is due to subjective preferences after the agreed work is delivered.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Start: Cancellations made before work has commenced are eligible for a partial refund (excluding administrative and consultation fees).
  • After Project Start: Once the project has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but the remaining work can be put on hold for up to 90 days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the transaction.
  • Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways or banks will be deducted from the refund amount.
